We completed a remarkable landscape development project at DAMAC Akoya, Dubai, focusing on creating a lush, welcoming, and visually balanced outdoor environment. The project aimed to enhance the villa’s natural surroundings with a perfect combination of greenery, structure, and sustainability, all tailored to reflect the sophisticated lifestyle of DAMAC Akoya residents. Our scope of work included tree and palm installation, plant installation, and artificial grass installation, each executed with precision and careful attention to detail. The tree and palm installation involved selecting and positioning a variety of species to provide natural shade, improve air quality, and add an elegant tropical character to the landscape. Mature palms and decorative trees were strategically placed to create symmetry and enhance the property’s overall aesthetic. The plant installation featured a selection of vibrant and hardy ornamental plants suited to Dubai’s climate, ensuring year round color and texture across the garden. Each plant was carefully chosen to complement the existing layout while maintaining a cohesive and natural flow throughout the outdoor space. To complete the green transformation, artificial grass installation was carried out across key open areas, providing a consistently lush and low maintenance surface that perfectly blends with the natural elements of the landscape. Every phase of the project was managed with professionalism and precision, from soil preparation and planting to final detailing.
